Commercial waste removal is for the jobs that don't fit a regular round: a stockroom that has filled up, a refit that left a pile of fittings, a unit that needs emptying before the keys go back. You send us photos, we give you one fixed price, and our crew does the lifting, loading and sweeping up.
What a one-off removal includes
- Labour. We carry it out from wherever it is, including upper floors and basements, and take furniture apart if it won't fit through the door.
- Transport. Our own vans, driven by our own crew. No subcontracting to someone you have never heard of.
- Commercial waste disposal. Everything goes to licensed transfer and recycling sites. Items that need separate treatment, such as electrical equipment and upholstered seating, go where they have to go.
- Paperwork. A waste transfer note describing the waste, with its code and our carrier registration, and an invoice to your company.
Common commercial removals
We regularly clear old office furniture and partitioning, shop fixtures and display stands, refit and strip-out waste, damaged stock, packaging that has built up over months, pallets and racking, and the contents of void units and flats. If you are not sure whether we take something, send a photo and ask.
Same-day and out-of-hours removal
Same-day removal is often possible if you call in the morning. For shops, offices and restaurants that can't have a crew in during opening hours, we can work early, late or on a Sunday by arrangement.
Where your waste goes
Your duty of care continues until the waste reaches a site that is allowed to accept it. We take mixed loads to permitted waste transfer stations, where they are sorted and as much as possible is recycled or recovered. Our registration, CBDU502847, is on the Environment Agency register for you to check. Read more in where commercial waste goes.
Questions about commercial waste removal
How do you price a one-off removal?
By how much space the waste takes in the van, what it is, and how hard it is to reach. The price covers loading, transport and disposal, and is fixed before we book. How our pricing works.
Do you need to see the waste first?
Usually not. Clear photos and a few lines about access are enough for a fixed price. For large clearances we can visit first.
Is there anything you won't take?
We don't take hazardous or clinical waste, asbestos, chemicals, liquids, food waste or cooking oil. For those, use a specialist contractor.
