ADescription of the waste
General waste, bulky items, strip-out waste and rubble from any business premises. We load it, take it to licensed sites and write it on your note with the right code.
Every waste transfer note has to describe the waste and give its European Waste Catalogue code. The table shows the codes we use most. If your waste does not fit one of these, tell us what it is and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.
Commercial waste removal covers one-off loads. Commercial waste collection covers repeat pick-ups on set days.

BCurrent holder of the waste: your business
The law puts a duty of care on every business that produces waste. The waste stays your responsibility until it reaches someone allowed to take it.
That is why the paperwork matters. If a cheap collector fly-tips your rubbish, the trail leads back to your business, not just to the man with the van. Using a registered carrier and keeping the note is how you show you did your part.
- Check the carrier is registeredLook up the registration number on the Environment Agency public register before the waste leaves.
- Describe the wasteSay what it is, how it is contained and how much there is, so it can be handled safely.
- Keep the waste transfer noteKeep a copy for at least two years. A season ticket can cover repeat collections of the same waste for up to a year.
- Store it safely until collectionStop it escaping, blowing about or being taken by someone else.

Need it collected regularly?
Many offices, shops and sites don't produce enough waste for a full bin contract, but too much to leave until the next clear-out. We can come on set days with the van, load what is there and leave a note each time. Nothing is left on your pavement or in your yard between visits. Tick the days and we will add them to your quote request.
